Satellite Field Trips

Prince William Network Satellite Field Trips take students on location to places many will never have the opportunity to visit.  These electronic excursions are structured so that both educators and students benefit from the experience.  Locations include wetlands, watershed and shorebird habitats.  In addition, native American and early European settlers archeological sites are explored.  Other shows highlight dinosaur sites, plate tectonics and meteorology.  Experience the world without leaving the classroom by taking one of PWN's award-winning Satellite Field Trips.

Field trips, documentaries and presentations from the Fairfax Network are also featured.  In addition, programs highlighting world cultures, religions, peace, justice and youth issues are presented.
